1. Do you ship to my country?

We ship to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and most European countries (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Austria, etc.).

We currently do not ship to restricted countries including:Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Yemen.

If your country is not listed, please contact our support team to confirm delivery availability.

2. How much is shipping?

We offer simple, transparent shipping rates for all orders:

Standard Shipping
United States: $6.99,Canada & Europe: $7.99

Free Shipping Threshold
United States: Free shipping on orders $59+,Canada & Europe: Free shipping on orders $69+

Express Shipping (Optional)
Express Delivery: $29.99 (7–12 business days)

Notes:
Free shipping applies to paid orders only, not free gifts or samples.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable after the order has shipped.
Shipping costs are final and will not be deducted or refunded for promotional free items.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

1–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays)

Estimated Delivery Time
United States, Canada, United Kingdom:7–15 business days
Europe (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, etc.):10–20 business days

Does not include customs delays, weather delays, holidays, or unforeseen logistics issues.

Important About Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
If you need to correct your address, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update in the system after shipping.

5. My tracking hasn’t updated yet. What should I do?

International shipping requires transportation from our warehouse to the international sorting center.During this period, tracking may not update immediately.
 
Please allow 3–5 business days for the first scan and update to appear.Your package is on the way — no need to worry.

6. What if my package does not arrive?

If your package has not arrived within 60 days of the shipping date, please contact our customer service.
 
We will offer you one of the following solutions:
Resend a new package for free
Issue a full refund for your order
