How quickly will my order ship out?

Our goal is to ship out items we have in stock within 48 hours of receiving the order Monday thru Friday. Items that are 'Special Order', 'Back-ordered' or 'Pre-orders' can take several weeks. Please visit Shipping for more info.

How to track my order ?

If you place an order successfully, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. The order confirmation email was sent to the email address, which you used for your order. Then if the item is shipped, you also will immediately receive a shipping email.

Can I cancel my order?

We accept cancellations within 48 hours of order placement IF the order has not shipped out before receiving your email. Please be aware that we do our best to ship out in-stock items within 48 hours of order placement Monday thru Friday. If you need to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible to see if items have been mailed yet. Once items are in the mail, we are unable to cancel orders.

Do you offer rush order options?

We will help update your shipping speed, adjust the shipping method, and discuss the possibility of upgrading shipping to ensure faster delivery.

Can I return or exchange an item?

All sales are final. Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

I haven't received my items - Whom should I contact?

Do I have to pay import taxes/duties on an international order?

We try our best to make sure you don't have to pay additional import or customs taxes/duties but sometimes it is out of our control.

Will I be charged Sale tax on my order?

Sales tax is a tax charged on the supply of goods and services. You may also know it as VAT or GST, depending on where you live.

Can you help me pick out a gift for someone?

Of course- happy to help! We have a lot of ideas available for shoppers in our Gifts section. If you need more personalized shopping assistance, just email us at [email protected].

I would like to send this as a gift...can you include a note?

Yes! Just leave your note to the recipient in the comment section in the shopping cart and we will gladly add your note to the gift.

Can you gift wrap my order??

If purchasing a gift shipped directly to the recipient, please make a note in the comment section when checking out and we will happily add a bow to one of our pretty jewelry boxes. We are also happy to add a note to the recipient....just leave your message for the recipient in the notes section.
We offer upgraded wrapping options during certain celebrations and seasons like Christmas, Mother's Day, etc.

Do you offer gift cards?

We do! Purchase an e-gift card here. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
