Return Exchange Policy

1. Returns

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Please note: Items with a unit price exceeding $500 USD are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your order number.

  • The name of the item(s) you wish to return.

  • The reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

  • For other reasons (e.g., change of mind, ordered wrong size or color), you are responsible for the return shipping cost. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items with a unit price exceeding $500 USD.

  • Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.

  • Digital products (if any).

  • Gift cards.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Please include photos of the issue and your order number. We will resolve the problem promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including shipping costs.
